Bogey, that was wonderful! I loved how you tied the images in with the beautifully written words. It is so interesting that you chose poetry that speaks of dancing. Earlier today, another blogger posted the "Dance as if no one is watching" image, and I described how on Friday, one of the counsellors at the cancer institute told me that she would love for me to put on tribal type music, and dance as though no one were watching! I laughed and said that I when I first started my journey I wanted a tattoo of me dancing in the rain, based on the saying, "It's not about weathering the storm. It's about learning to dance in the rain."
This theme is cropping up everywhere! I think it is time to audition for Dancing with the Stars!
Wow that's nice. Every sentence is represented by a lovely picture. Where did you find all those nice pics by the way? I love especially the first one. I like those "sci-fi" looking pictures.
Thank you Rosaria always appreciated. No, I didn't really change anything. However based on what I read on your blog on the week end, I got rid of the music and enlarged the font. I hope it is easier to read.
Thanks Audrey....get the tattoo girl!
Much appreciated Natalie, as always. It took longer to find the pics that I wanted than it did to right this.
Glad you liked it Michelle and I always appreciate your comments and support!
Now you are making me blush Lisa! Thank you.
Thanks Ai Shiang....all over...and a lot of patience.
Welcome Rinkly Rimes. I most certainly will come by and visit. I don't think you have the market cornered on cynicism, not with the crap going on in todays world.
Thanks Reggie Girl, I'm happy you liked it. There are plenty of people out there with far better prose than this.
Thank you Lori Ann. I truly appreciate the compliment.
As a matter of fact, I am very humbled by all of your comments and appreciate every single one of them. Thank you all for your continued support.
About me......hmmmm! Fifty years of life experience ........still making mistakes. Go figure. If you're asking me, I will tell you that I'm a nice guy etc. etc. You ask my friends and they will tell you that I'm a cross between Melvin Udall from 'As Good As It Gets' and Jeff Dunham's Ventriloquist partner, Walter. I bet you thought I would say dummy. This is just me and my View From the Fairway.
